The Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act require the employer to maintain a safe working environment. Procedures to prevent injury to Greenskeeper staff from golf balls are as follows:-

Please Note: Members are responsible for their own safety and in dangerous conditions (eg: hail, lightning, etc, which may or may not deem the course ‘unplayable’), members are to take such cover, including leaving the course, as is necessary for their personal safety.

Members should acquaint themselves with the Fire Safety Rules for the clubhouse building and the Emergency procedures posted on the noticeboard in the clubroom.
