Members should book online through the North Adelaide Golf Course booking system (MiClub) that is accessible through the NAGC website members area, or directly at  

https://adelaidelinks.miclub.com.au/security/login.msp

It is the members’ responsibility to arrange access to the MiClub portal with the Pro Shop. MiClub bookings open 16 days prior to playing date when members can check if they have already been allocated a tee time or whether they should book a tee time themselves.

Note that event coordinators do not have administration rights to the MiClub booking system. If a member, for any reason, is unable to go on-line to make a tee time booking or to cancel a booking they can ring the Golf Course pro shop on 8203 7888 for assistance.

WOMEN'S COMPETITIONS

Womens competitions are conducted on Thursday and Saturday. Members must book online through the North Adelaide Golf Course MiClub booking system accessible through the NAGC website members area.

All events except Club Championships are one competition plays over Thursday and Saturday. Designated day of play does not apply.

Women are also welcome to play in the Tuesday Dewsweepers medley event (Mixed Stableford).  

On Line Booking

The booking sheet on the North Adelaide Golf Course MiClub booking system opens at 3:00PM 16 days prior to the competition date and closes at 3:00PM on the day before play.

Thursday Players – nominations open at 3:00PM 16 days prior to play and close at 3:00PM on the day before play.

Saturday Players – nominations open at 3:00PM 16 days prior to play and close at 3:00PM on the day before play.

If a member, for any reason, is unable to go on line and make a tee time booking they can ring the golf course pro shop on 8203 7888 for booking assistance.

Any player wishing to cancel their tee time can cancel on line using the MiClub booking system up to 3:00PM the day before play. For cancellations after 3:00PM the day before the competition date, players should contact the Pro Shop on 8203 7888 and remove the booking from MiClub booking system.

If a member requires a preferential tee time on a once off basis, they may make such a request in writing to the Women's Captain. 

Members are allowed to book match play into competition days with prior approval from the Women's Captain.

Tee Times

Seasonal changes dictate daylight hours therefore starting times vary according to sunrise. Please check the MiClub booking system for starting times for all competitions.

Club Championships A, B & C Grades

(Nominated day of play applies.)

Members who wish to participate in the Club Championships must have played in six (6) official club competitions in the preceding six (6) months to the Championships commencing.  The Match Committee has the right to review and waiver this condition.

Closing dates for Club Championship nominations will be advised well in advance of qualifying rounds and players will be allocated to their appropriate grade based on their handicap on the day of the first qualifying round.

Two (2) qualifying rounds of 18 holes’ stroke play, to be played on any of two successive Thursdays or Saturdays.  The leading four players from combined Thursday and Saturday scores in each Grade to be ranked, with 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3, to play 18 holes’ match play semi-finals on either Thursday or Saturday with the winners going on to a match play final on the Sunday immediately following the last round of the semi-finals.

In the event of a qualifying day’s play being cancelled because of course closure, it will be replayed the following week, or at the discretion of the Match Committee.

The nomination fee for the Club Championships must be paid at the time of nominating. Championship competitors will be required to pay the normal daily competition fee on the day of the Qualifying Rounds. Championship finalists will be exempt from any competition fee for the finals in which they play.

Club Handicap Championships (Nominated day of play applies)

To be played in conjunction with Club Championships, and using the two qualifying rounds, the best nett score in each grade is the winner.  Countbacks will be used if needed to decide winner(s).

Club Foursomes Championship - A, B & C Grades

(Nominated day of play applies)

Two qualifying rounds of 18 holes stroke play.  The two leading pairs to play a match-play final of 18 holes.

Caddies are permitted for all forms of finals.

Ties - In the event of a tie between two or more players in a competition played under ‘stroke’ rules, the winner shall be decided by a method of ‘count-back’. Match-play ties finishing ‘all-square’ shall be played to a decision.

Competition Day - A club competition will be held on each Thursday and Saturday. Players to register at the Pro Shop and pay the designated competition fee at least 30 mins prior to tee off time. Players must also obtain an official score card from the Registration station located in the Club Room / Pro Shop Foyer before starting play.
