North Adelaide’s reigning Women’s Champion, Se Young Jung, has made a spectacular debut, winning the Senior Order of Merit event played at Mount Osmond on Monday 15 June.

In conditions made challenging by wind, rain and fog, Se Young carded the best women’s gross score of the day of 82 (nett 73), AND ALSO recorded a hole-in-one, using a 5-hybrid at the par 3 fourth hole, which was playing 20 metres longer than its 125 distance, due to the conditions.

It was her first ace in competition across 13 years of golf, which included three other holes-in-one in practice!

And after a solid 3&2 win for her club in Public Course Pennants the day before, she backed up with the best score in her first Seniors OOM on a day best spent under the doona.

Se Young is a 4-time women’s champion for North Adelaide and a star in our pennants teams.  

We could not be prouder of one of North Adelaide’s finest champions and ambassadors on one of the greatest days of her golfing career .
