2017 Xmas Fun Day - Update
10th Annual Thursday Christmas Fun Day _ _ 21 December 2017 _ _ Shotgun Start 7:00am
The response to the Xmas Fun Day Priority Registration Sheet which opened on 1 November has been overwhelming and in fact, the PRS is now fully subscribed. Many thanks to the '100 plus' members who completed nominations into this event.
What happens from here?
1. Members not on the PRS and seeking to participate in the Xmas Fun Day
Golf Course management and Pro-Shop catering have obtained 'special event' Liquor Licensing approvals and completed other arrangements to allow an increased number of players in the 2017 Xmas Fun Day. To properly and equitably manage allocation of the final entries into the event, there is now a Stand-By List on the Website. If you wish to register on the Stand-By List, go to the NAGC Booking Sheets and the date of the event, 21 December 2017. Members on the Stand-By List will be admitted to the event strictly in the order of registration.
2. Members nominated on the Priority Registration Sheet
i) Names will be entered on the Xmas Fun Day Booking Sheet over the next few days and the free Golf Cart allocation will be shown at the bottom of the Booking Sheet.
ii) Note carefully: there will be no member access to the Booking Sheet in the lead up to the event. If your circumstances change (e.g. you cannot play or you would like to make a request), please email email@example.com as soon as possible.
iii) Participants will receive two email communications concerning the event during December. The first email will provide key details of the day's Bonus Competitions to assist involvement and enjoyment. The second email will focus on the day's general arrangements - arrival & start times; player Gift Packs; briefing on 1st tee; hot weather policy (if applicable); Clubroom seating plan for the meal.
